CONFERENCES – CONGRES – INCENTIVE
The Grand Hôtel du Golf & Palace receives every year the major companies and multinationals to organize their congresses and seminaries.
The hotel proposes conference rooms that can contain from 10 to 300 participants. They can be disposed in different ways (classroom, theatre or U shape) and are all newly furnished. All the conference rooms are south-oriented and have sliding doors that give direct access to the Hotel garden. Electric window shades assure the darkening of the room during the projections. Voicing is integrated in all rooms.
The hotel proposes special conference rates which include: single, double or twin room- entirely equipped conference rooms with or without technical assistance – coffee breaks- lunch at the hotel and outside - parties with or without entertainment- sport or play activities (team building) – transfer to and from the airport or train station with mini bus Mercedes or VIP bus with finger food and drinks service.
